Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Factory Opens in San Francisco

Dandelion Chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate factory and retail shop, has opened in San Francisco. The first of its kind, the business plans to open a café in front of the factory offering cacao creations such as hot chocolate, Four Barrel coffee, cacao-pulp smoothies and pastries prepared in-house, reports Zagat.
